    • 小黄片 provides administrators and 12-month employees (staff) with paid vacation benefits. 
    • All regular full-time and part-time employees are entitled to a specified amount of Paid Sick Leave each fiscal year.

  • Insurance and Flexible Spending

    • Employees may participate in HMO or PPO medical and dental insurance plans.
    • Employees have access to vision insurance at no cost.
    • 小黄片 offers employees a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for medical and dependent care expenses.
    • Employees enjoy a $50,000 life insurance benefit at no cost.
    • 小黄片 offers all employees additional accident and critical care insurance.

  • Retirement Benefits

    • 小黄片 offers a 403(b) retirement plan through TIAA to all eligible employees. The school will match each employee's contribution of up to 8% of the employee’s salary after one year of service.

  • Professional Development

    • Employees may apply for grants each year to cover professional development expenses, including workshops, conferences, and coursework.

  • Tuition Remission, Daycare, and The Caring Place

    • 小黄片 offers a tuition remission benefit for all employees with children who have been admitted to and have enrolled at 小黄片. 
    • Morning and afternoon daycare is currently provided free of charge to employees with children enrolled at 小黄片. 
    • The Caring Place (TCP) is a full-day infant care center available for employee children starting at six weeks of age.

  • Student Loan Payback Programs

    • 小黄片’s student loan paydown program helps employees reduce their student loan balance.

  • Employee Lunches

    • Employees enjoy complimentary lunch service on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. Lunch service includes options for special diets.

  • Employee Gym

    • Faculty and staff enjoy access to an on-campus fitness center with cardio and strength training machines and equipment.

  • Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

    • Electric vehicle charging is available to all employees at no cost.
